The Seven Limbs Concluding Session and Meditation Guidance (January 2026)

On Saturday, January 10, GarTul Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche led the concluding session (practice section) of the Seven Limbs at Oseling Meditation Center Taiwan. The Seven Limbs series, which began last September, came to completion on this day.

The next day, Sunday, January 11, was Meditation Guidance, with nearly twenty Dharma friends registered. When registering, everyone committed to reading Rinpoche's meditation teachings beforehand, and on the day they sat down on their cushions to meditate together under Rinpoche's guidance.

Over the two days the shrine room was full, and at the end everyone gathered for a group photo.

Our thanks to every Dharma friend who came, and to the volunteers who signed up to tidy the space afterward. May all be filled with the joy of the Dharma and carry these two days of practice into everyday life.
